Virtual G-Cycle
Suitable for ages 12+ Virtual G-Cycle is an energising indoor cycling class with an “on screen” rather than “in person” instructor. They’ll take you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and endurance training. You control your own resistance levels and speed to build up your fitness level over time. NOTE: Our indoor bikes are suitable for most people 150cm (4 feet 11 inches) or taller but fit varies as we all have a different length of leg/torso.
