Pay As You Go Prices
Prices effective 1 June 2024
On this page you'll find the price you pay for each activity. This is also known as the Pay As You Go or PAYG price.
You'll also notice that we offer a concession discount. You can check your eligibility and apply using our online form.
Members enjoy unlimited use of the activities in the first table (Activities Included in Membership) without a charge on each visit, instead they pay a monthly fee. For all other activities the Pay As You Go price applies to members too.
Activities Included in Membership
Glasgow Club provides gym memberships offering exceptional value and the unique option to "pay as you go" for activities too. You can find membership prices on our joining page.
If you use the gym or classes any more than once a week, you'll save money with a membership plan. Frequent swimmers will save with membership too. You can still "pay as you go" for activities not already included in your plan.
If you think you'll use the gym, pool or classes less often or you're ONLY interested in other activities in our venues, it's best to register as a Pay As You Go user.

Indoor Court Bookings (Various Sports)
You can book indoor courts (usually in a sports hall) to enjoy Badminton, Squash, Short Tennis, Pickleball, Table Tennis and even to play a game of Boccia or practice Basketball.
Please note:
- All players must check in together at reception before heading to court
- Booking includes time required to set up and dismantle equipment
- Bookings are charged at the discounted rate (junior or concession) when booked by a qualifying customer.
- If more than two people are using the court (e.g. doubles), half the participants must prove entitlement to any discount (junior or concession). Where proof is not provided, the difference between the discounted rate and the full adult price must be paid.
- Off-peak prices for indoor court and sports hall bookings apply Monday to Friday before 4pm. Peak prices apply at all other times.
- Bookings are for personal use and courts should not be used for commercial or business purposes or for the benefit of any third party, unless agreed in advance by Glasgow Life.

Tennis Court Bookings
We have indoor tennis courts at Gorbals and Scotstoun, outdoor courts at Scotstoun which can be booked using our mobile app, booking website, or at venue reception.
Please note: all prices are for up to four players using one court for up to one hour. All players must report to reception. Bookings are for personal use and courts should not be used for commercial or business purposes or for the benefit of any third party, unless agreed in advance by Glasgow Life.
We also have around 30 outdoor courts in parks across the city booked via LTA Clubspark.

Tennis (coaching and coach-led sessions)
Adult Bronze – Beginners sessions offering a perfect introduction to tennis, allowing you to learn the basics in a fun and sociable environment.
Adult Silver – Progressed from Bronze or played previously and want to pick the sport up again? Sessions will help improve basic techniques and tactics.
Adult Gold – If you've played a fair amount of tennis and already have the ability to serve, rally and score in a friendly game of singles or doubles these sessions are a great opportunity to take your game to the next level.
Adult Social – This is a mixed tennis session for adults of all abilities. Led by one of our qualified coaches, players are organised into teams for fun, and sometimes serious, match play tennis. There are indoor sessions and outdoors in parks too.
Lifestyle Tennis - This is a mixed tennis session for adults of all abilities. Led by one of our qualified coaches, players are organised into teams for fun and relaxed macthes.
Ladies / Gents Matchplay - Led by one of our qualified coaches, players are organised into teams for fun, and sometimes serious, match play tennis.
Tennis Xpress – A fun and social group coaching course which helps adult beginners to get into tennis.
Cardio Tennis – Cardio Tennis is a fun, sociable group fitness class set on a tennis court and open to people of all ages and abilities .

Personal Training
We offer 30 minute or 1-hour sessions. You can book a single session, or a block of five or ten. Whatever you choose, your first consultation is free.
Personal trainer sessions are usually on a one-to-one basis or if you prefer we offer Buddy Sessions where you can bring a friend along and share your personal trainer time.
