FT Freetime
Functional training (FT) is exercise that mimics everyday movements to improve strength, balance and coordination for daily life. FT Freetime is designed to let you come along and use the equipment and space in the functional training area for yourself.
In our usual FT Fit sessions, a member of our fitness team guides you through a range of different exercises, equipment and functional movements. If you like the sound of this try FT Fit or FT Express
