Who am I?
My name is Kit. I decided to become a Personal Trainer after years of being on my own weight loss journey & then finding the benefit a good weight training program. During my time teaching group exercise classes such as BodyPump, BodyBalance, Metafit, Bootcamp, Circuits & Boxfit, I have continued to learn & improve on my knowledge as a Personal Trainer, & I want to use my skills & experience to help others achieve their goals.
What I do
I specialize in helping clients achieve their goals, whether it be - Weight Loss/ Muscle/Strength Gain/ Improved Fitness Levels, I provide a positive, energetic & fun environment in which clients can enjoy their training. I enjoy working together with clients to keep them motivated & also to educate them whilst we train so their knowledge of exercise & nutrition grows whilst we train.
