Barbell Basics
Build your confidence using the lifting platforms in the gym and build your strength too. This small group session led by our gym team will teach you how to approach and use the platform, barbells, weight discs, collars and safety arms properly. It will also introduce a varietty of basic barbell exercises you can add to your workout. Once you're familiar with this you can progress to Barbell Intermediate sessions.
