Reformer Pilates – Terms and Conditions
Please note that, in addition to the standard Glasgow Club booking terms and conditions, the following important information applies to Reformer Pilates classes.
Reformer Pilates classes use specialist equipment that must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's safety guidelines.
- The equipment is suitable for participants who:
- Weigh no more than 130kg.
- Are no taller than 196cm.
- These limits are in place to help ensure the safety, comfort, and effective use of the equipment for all participants.
- If you are unsure whether the equipment is suitable for you, please contact the Glasgow Club team before attending your first class. We will discuss your circumstances sensitively and help identify the most appropriate option where possible.
For hygiene, safety, and comfort, Pilates grip socks must be worn during all Reformer Pilates classes.
- Participants are responsible for bringing their own grip socks.
- Grip socks can be purchased at the venue before your class if required.
If Glasgow Club is unable to deliver a scheduled Reformer Pilates class for any reason:
- A voucher will be issued to the affected participants.
- The voucher can be redeemed against a pay-as-you-go Reformer Pilates class.
- No alternative compensation will be provided unless otherwise required by law.
Glasgow Club may send important information relating to your course, including updates and service notifications.
- Participants are encouraged to download and use the Glasgow Club app to receive relevant notifications.
- Please ensure you have selected Kelvin Hall under My Clubs.
- Push notification preferences can be managed within the app by opening Conversations, selecting the relevant topic, choosing Settings, and enabling or disabling notifications as required.
