Who am I?

I am passionate about helping individuals to achieve their fitness/lifestyle goals.  Have been training for 20+ years now.  Was involved in athletics in high school and I was a professional power lifter for 4 years during college.  I know a lot of training techniques and diet methods to be more efficient and successful.  Can teach you how to gain muscle, increase strength and agility or resilience and stamina.  I was a Zak Khan Classic champ in 2016 as an under 70kg natural bodybuilder and got to the British finals, because of this I know how to lose fat in an efficient and sustainable way.  Finally I am a trained Japanese Ju Jitsu martial artist, 5 years in and plan to train more as I have a blue belt, just 2 belts away from becoming a master

What I do

I help clients achieve their goals through a combination of techniques  developed during my lengthy sports career.  My approach is to teach proper form, technique and highlight the value of water intake and nutrition.  I can maximize muscle growth, strength gains and flexibility.  I like to help clients achieve break throughs and reach their fitness goals, minding their circumstances along the way.  I can get you there.
