Who am I?

I'm Steven, a personal trainer and boxing coach. I have always been interested in fitness, general health and wellbeing. I have trained in Thai boxing for 8 years, incorporating strength & conditioning and been involved in boxing for a few years and then progressed into a coaching role for just over 3 years. Since I’m interested in all things fitness, I decided to gain a greater understanding of the training methods and energy systems that we use during our training and workouts to help with my own fitness journey and to assist others.

What I do

I like to pass on my knowledge and motivation to others starting their own fitness journey or getting back into fitness after a period of being away and/or through injury or wishing to take things to the next level. Having been through back surgery I fully understand it can be tough to get back on track and to get back into exercising. I like to help people with their individual fitness journey leading to an overall healthier lifestyle and to promote general wellbeing both physically and mentally.
