Who am I?

It took me 27 years—getting overweight, working myself into the ground, and needing double knee surgeries—before I finally figured it out. Training felt impossible, but I built myself back up with a smart, structured plan and proper nutrition. Now, based at Glasgow Life, I help people across the West End and Gorbals do the same.

With qualifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Injury Rehab, I coach everyday people through real-life challenges. No gimmicks, no shortcuts—just practical, proven methods that actually work.

What I do

I train people who want to build muscle, move better, and feel stronger—whether they’re starting from scratch, working around injuries, or looking to push their limits. My coaching covers training, nutrition, and accountability, so you’re never left guessing what to do next.
