Who am I?
For as long as I can remember Sports & Fitness has been a huge part of my life. I have always enjoyed outdoor sports & was also once an amateur boxer. After taking the leap into the fitness industry to make it my career I have been a professional for 23 years.
What I do
As a personal trainer I believe that training should be fun, rewarding & foremost effective for both the trainer & the client. This is why I am continuously improving my knowledge to make the sessions engaging & anew. I like to work with functional strength training, HIIT training, multi-joint lift exercises, body weight & free weights.
