Who am I?
I have a big backround in sports and fitness from training and competing in Muay Thai from such a young age. Then I continued to study sport in college completing my HNC and HND. Going on to enjoy taking part in circuit type classes and running.
What I do
I’m going to be looking at helping people work on their technique for lifting weights. Build up their fitness level and work towards setting out goals and progressively improving to set new goals further down the line whether this be losing/gaining weight or just being able to lift heavier weights. Also teaching basics of boxing and build of fitness by doing this.
