Who am I?

I am an enthusiastic coach with calisthenics, boxing & injury rehabilitation background, experienced personal trainer with over 5 years in the industry. I started this career to help people take back control of their lives. My belief is that with compassion & commitment you can achieve anything you set your mind to. After struggling from a neck fracture, I found calisthenics which saved me & helped my recovery. I realized then I wanted to help people start their own fitness journey & reach their own fitness goals whatever they may be.

What I do

I provide clients with an accessible & achievable path to better physical & mental health; I specialize in strength & conditioning & weight loss. I have a real passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals & build confidence doing so. Training should be rewarding & fun & it’s my goal for clients to create sustainability & get great results along the way!
