Who am I?
Hi, I’m Michael, a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for making fitness feel more welcoming and accessible.
Fitness has made a huge difference to my own confidence and wellbeing, and I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help other people experience that too. I’m especially interested in supporting beginners, anxious gym-goers and neurodivergent people who may find the gym overwhelming or feel unsure about where to begin.
I’m friendly, patient and always happy to explain things, creating a relaxed environment where you can ask questions, learn at your own pace and feel comfortable being yourself.
What I do
I help people feel more confident, comfortable and capable in the gym. Whether you’re completely new to exercise, returning after some time away or simply unsure where to start, I’ll help make the process feel less overwhelming.
Sessions are shaped around your needs, experience and goals, with clear explanations, encouragement and no pressure to compare yourself with anyone else. I won’t just guide you through a workout — I’ll help you understand what you’re doing, why you’re doing it and how to train safely. My goal is to help you make progress, enjoy fitness and build the confidence to use the gym independently.
