Who am I?

Hi, I’m Mark. My whole life has revolved around sport and exercise. From a young age I competed at a high level in swimming and also basketball. After leaving school I knew I wanted to pursue a career in the fitness industry and so, I achieved my HND in Sports coaching and Developing Sport and knew I wanted to go further. Now, as a personal trainer, I want to help make your fitness journey as effective as possible, getting you real results that last!

What I do

I’m dedicated to helping you build more muscle, burn fat and help you to build your confidence both inside and outside the gym. It is my aim to help you understand why we train the way we do to help you take real control of your fitness journey. No fad diets or quick fix workout plans, just real training with real results that last. So, whether you are just starting off in the gym, or looking to take your training to the next level, I want to help you reach your goals and feel proud of the hard work you put in.
