Who Am I

Hi, I'm Kev. When I started taking my own training seriously, I quickly realised that the fitness industry was where I belonged. I have always enjoyed weightlifting but it took me a long time to stay consistent with it but when I did, I fell in love. So much so that I decided to make it my career, and within 4 months, I had gained the qualifications necessary to begin my fitness career.

What I Do

Using my own experiences and everything I have learned, I now want to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals. I can help you with issues including nutrition, weight loss, weight gain, strength building and overall better fitness levels.
