Who am I?

Hi, I’m Jack. My passion for fitness started back in school, where training not only improved my confidence but completely transformed my mindset. From that point on, I knew I wanted to build a career helping others experience the same change.

After qualifying as a Level 2 Gym Instructor, I began working in gyms, developing my skills and gaining hands-on experience. Now, with over 4 years in the industry and recently becoming a qualified Personal Trainer, I’m dedicated to helping people achieve real, lasting results.

Whether you’re just starting your journey or looking to take your training to the next level, I’ll be with you every step of the way—providing support, motivation, and accountability while celebrating every win along the way.

With every client, I start by understanding your goals—whether that’s building muscle, losing weight, or simply feeling healthier and more confident. From there, I create a personalised training plan tailored specifically to you, your lifestyle, and your ability level.
