Who am I?
Hi, my name is Isaac Houston! I am a skilled personal trainer working within Glasgow Club. I have dedicated myself to studying exercise & fitness at university & applying my knowledge to my work. I practice martial arts & enjoy maintaining a good gym-social life balance. I dedicate myself to finding the enjoyment factor & personal motivations for the specific health & fitness goals of my clients. Within my personal fitness journey, I previously struggled to remain motivated & did not enjoy exercise as I do now. My journey changed when I dedicated myself to finding my personal enjoyment & motivations.

I aim to help you discover what motivates you & change your mindset towards exercise & fitness, I can then tailor a program that will bring the best out of exercise for you. I pride myself on being a sociable person & hope to make all my clients feel comfortable, proving the gym can be a safe & fun place, not one to fear.
