Who am I?
Hi, my name is Isaac Houston! I am a skilled personal trainer working within Glasgow Club. I have dedicated myself to studying exercise & fitness, applying my vast knowledge to my work, helping my clients reach their health and fitness goals. I am passionate about fitness, practicing strength and conditioning and martial arts; I have the same passion for helping people become healthier fitter and better versions of themselves.
What I do
I will coach you in the fundamentals of effective training and nutrition. I focus on 3 of the most important aspects of your training: Technique, Mindset and Nutrition. Developing these areas sets you up to achieve your current goals and continue to be healthier and fitter in the future. Clients I have coached have successfully achieved goals of building strength, aesthetic improvements, fat loss, increasing muscle mass and cardio conditioning,
