Who am I?

I have been a Personal Trainer for the Glasgow Club since 2010 & have trained several clients with varying backgrounds & goals.  I coach Lift IT at the Glasgow Club & I am a regular runner, 5 aside footballer & weightlifter

What I do

With my experience & qualifications I am able to offer clients various & different training methods & nutrition advice to reach their goals, whether it is weight loss, toning building strength or all 3, I have had years of success with clients throughout my years as a PT
