Who am I?

Hey I’m Farrah.  I love playing & coaching sports.  I play & take part in many from team sports like basketball & volleyball to individual sports i.e., boxing & weight training.  I am physically fit & enjoy a good work out.  I train hard & play harder!  I’m currently studying my level 4 in Strength & Conditioning UK & learning French.  I speak an additional 3 languages. I love travelling & eating well.  I don’t smoke or drink & always fueled with energy.

What I do

I personal train in many aspects from weight loss, weight gain, muscular endurance, strength conditioning, flexibility, core strengthening, cardio based exercises & pre- & post-natal exercises. I also teach how to eat well, meal prep & offering simple recipes, full of nutrition.
