Who am I?
Hi I'm David.
I’ve overcome life-altering challenges, including Cerebral Palsy, brain surgery, and re-learning how to walk. Through time, I’ve re-built my strength, fitness, and confidence—proving that anything is possible. If I can shatter my own limits, I truly believe you can too.
What I do
I specialize in helping runners and individuals who want to improve their functional strength, mobility, and self-belief in their daily lives. I have got my clients:
- Returning to running after hip surgery and achieved faster running times than before their procedure.
- Transformed their appearance after significant weight loss by building strength, muscle definition and nutritional guidance.
- Crushing their HYROX and running times through structured 8 and 12 week programming designed for endurance, efficiency and performance
- Improving their mobility and joint health, making everyday tasks - like carrying shopping upstairs or getting up and down from the floor – effortless.
