Who am I?
Hello, I'm David
My mission is to empower individuals looking to transform their health & fitness. With expertise in weight training, I prioritize joint health, mobility, & muscle tone development. My own journey began being trained by a personal trainer, a crucial starting point for me. However, my true 'calling' to be one came when I rebuilt myself through a combination of weight & mobility training after brain surgery. Re-learning to walk again & getting stronger than before, I shattered my own limits of what I believed my body was capable of. I'm passionate about helping others achieve their own versions of this too.
What I do
I'll help you improve functional strength, mobility & self-belief while also helping you get rid of your ‘all or nothing’ mindset around health & fitness. My main areas of expertise are in:
- Prehab for hip strength, leg strength & pre-surgery fitness
- Functional Strength & Mobility Training with Kettlebells & Dumbbells
- Body Re-composition (muscle gain & fat-loss)
- Lifestyle/Health Habit Coaching
