Who am I?
Hi, I'm David. My journey to becoming a personal trainer began after I faced the challenge of re-learning how to walk following brain surgery. With the guidance of a trainer, I rebuilt strength in my legs and regained mobility with everyday tasks - an experience that ignited my passion for helping others do the same. Now, through continuous education in movement, callisthenics, running, lower-body development and hands-on experience, I’ve helped countless individuals improve lower-body strength, full-body confidence and move better than ever before after hip issues and hip-related surgeries.
Whether this it's your first time in a gym or you're more experienced, having a body you both feel well in and sets you up for life is key, and I’m here to help you on your way to achieving that!
What I do
My mission is to help you build functional strength, improve movement, and develop self-belief—both physically and mentally. Like any good personal trainer, I provide support, coaching, and a structured plan to guide you. What sets me apart is my unique approach, background, and personal experience in helping you achieve the goals that matter to you.
If you'd like to start your journey with me, email me letting me know what you want to achieve plus your week to week availability. Glasgow Club has a diverse team of trainers with varying expertise, and if I believe your goals would be better served by someone else, I’ll gladly point you in the right direction. My priority is ensuring you get the best support possible - whether that’s with me or another trainer who specializes in what you’re looking for.
