Who Am I

Hi, I’m Clair, a personal trainer and kettlebell instructor. I love helping people to make lasting positive changes in their lives through health and fitness.

My background is in learning and development so supporting clients to surpass limits and achieve goals is what I’ve been doing for over twenty years, most of it internationally.

I enjoy working with those who are new to exercise or getting back into it after a long time; regular gym users wanting to take things up a notch; and also people looking for a way to make fitness part of their busy corporate lives.

What I Do

After a first meeting to talk about your goals, objectives and exercise experience, I will design a training plan specifically for you. It will be achievable but with the right level of challenge to help you progress towards your desired results.

Examples of goals include: developing cardiovascular health and stamina; losing weight; building muscle, toning; resistance training and getting stronger; or building more movement into daily life to feel better and fitter… We will regularly review the plan and adapt as required and as your fitness increases!

We know the science around embedding new habits (it takes time, triggers and commitment) so I’m also here to be your accountability partner, as well as providing you with health information and good technique.
