Who am I?

Hi I’m Antony, a Personal Trainer dedicated to helping you unlock your potential. With a strong foundation in strength and conditioning, martial arts, powerlifting and sports, I create personalised training programs tailored to your goals and abilities as I understand every client is different.

What I do

I help clients get stronger and feel more confident through personalised strength and conditioning training. Whether you’re an office worker, avid gym goer or a professional athlete I believe everyone should have the opportunity to improve their fitness and themselves.

My insight and knowledge has helped many clients: Improve their technique, change body composition by building muscle, rehabilitate and manage injuries, build more resilience and mobility and become more capable in their lives. I teach with a focus on technique ensuring the knowledge I give my clients lasts for the rest of their life.
