Passwords Are Changing

Check your account and take action if required before 30 November 2025

What's changing?

We've been making preparations for new online booking, joining and reception systems. There is an important step you must complete before the end of November.

By 30 November your account password must meet these criteria:

☑️ 8 characters or longer

☑️ At least 1 uppercase letter

☑️ At least 1 lowerecase letter

☑️ At least 1 special character

☑️ At least 1 number

What do I need to do?

If your password already meets these requirements you don't need to do anything. Otherwise, BEFORE 30 November please:

  1. Visit https://myglasgow.club/reset and enter your email address.
  2. Follow the link we'll send to your email to reset your password and choose a new one that's more secure.
  3. IMPORTANT: If you use our mobile app, log out of the app and log back in with your new secure password

NOTE: If you have more than one account linked to the same email (e.g. a child's account) you'll be asked for the Member ID of the account you're resetting the password for and the steps need completing for all accounts.

How do I log out and back into the app?

  1. Tap ☰ Menu (top-left)
  2. Tap 🤵 Accounts
  3. Tap "Sign Out" (bottom)
  4. Tap "Sign In" (bottom)

What happens if I don't take action?

If your password does not meet the requirements, it will no longer work after 30 November 2025. When you try to login it will appear that you've entered the wrong details.

Don't worry - you can still reset it by choosing "Forgot Password" and following the steps above. We recommend doing it sooner because there's nothing to tell you this is the action that's required to regain access to your account and it only works in online booking (not in our app).
