Spa Experience
A spa session at Refresh Spa offers a truly refreshing treat. The thermal and hydro experiences provide 'hands-off' therapy to cleanse and rejuvenate mind and body. Step inside, relax, let the heat and water soothe leaving daily stresses far behind. Book 90-minute stand-alone spa sessions or select a treatment then add the spa experience.
90 minutes of access to the spa facilities at Refresh Spa costs £25 for our Spa Essentials package (or £10 as an add-on to any spa treatment). This includes use of a bath towel. For £30 our Spa Complete package also includes use of a robe and bottled water.

Water
Please bring your own water bottle, as this can be topped up within the spa. However if you forget do not worry, water bottles can be purchased from reception for £1.50.
Lockers
Lockers are 50p so please remember to bring a 50p with you.
Footwear
Footwear will not be provided so we recommend bringing your own. However flip flops can be purchased at reception for £2.50
Age Restriction
Please note you must be 16 years of age to use the spa.
