Preparing for camp

As sessions may take place indoors or outdoors depending on the Scottish weather, it’s best to come prepared for both. Suggested items are:-

Clothing

  • Any football strips or sports kit you would wear at PE in school
  • A waterproof jacket (Emirates & Scotstoun) in case of light rain
  • A warmer top for low temperatures outside

Footwear

  • Trainers or moulded football boots (but NO aluminium studs)
  • A change of indoor shoes for indoor activity

 Extras

  • Hat or cap – If playing outdoors, to protect from the sun.
  • Water bottle – Keeping hydrated is important.
  • Sunscreen – Please apply before arrival and bring extra, as outdoor sessions may take place.

 Lunch

  • Players should bring a packed lunch and a snack for the morning break. Alternatively, cafés at Emirates and Scotstoun are available for purchasing food if preferred
