Ready to take your fitness to the next level? Fed up with large groups where you don’t get personal attention?
Glasgow Club’s official 8-week HYROX Course (including 16 sessions) is designed to build strength, speed and endurance in a small-group, high-performance environment.
Whether you’re preparing for your first HYROX event or looking to sharpen your race performance, or just improve your fitness, this structured programme gives you everything you need to improve like never before.
What you Get
- 2 x 1 hour coached sessions per week - (16 sessions per course)
- Small group of just 4 participants for focused coaching
- Extended 90-minute first session to meet your coach, assess your level and set your goals
- Access to Emirates indoor running track
- Training across multiple areas
- Weekly bespoke HYROX training plan delivered via your TG App
- Early and free access to Glasgow Club HYROX simulations *
- Access to the HYROX event ticket ballot
