Who am I?

Hi, I’m Will. I’m a Personal Trainer and Running Coach with a background in endurance sports. I love to help people find their confidence in fitness, and to build a healthy mindset towards reaching goals.

20 years experience - strength coach - yoga teacher - sports injury therapist

I’ve always enjoyed understanding what people want to achieve, figuring out what gets in the way, how to overcome it, and making a plan to reach the goal. My approach is to make workouts enjoyable and efficient - so it’s just the stuff that’s going to make the most difference.  A plan only works if it’s actually going to be done. So it’s got to feel good. And fitness should feel amazing!

What I do

We’ll build a programme around what you want to achieve. I’ll guide you through it, and then we agree timescales and the amount of support you need.

Typically that would be at least one guided session every 2 weeks, with workouts to follow in between.

I’m particularly able to help if:

  • you’re a first timer in the gym or coming back after a break
  • you’re someone who’s got key targets you’re working towards and need help and accountability getting there.

Targets could be weight loss, confidence gains, sporting performance - whatever motivates you.

My specialist area is functional strength training for runners, so if that’s your thing get in touch.
