Who am I?
Hi, I’m Sonia.
I’ve been working as a gym instructor for over 5 years, supporting clients of all fitness levels to reach their goals. Alongside this, I completed a HND in Sports Therapy and recently earned my BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy. With a strong foundation in both fitness and rehabilitation, I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and train with confidence. My approach combines tailored training with knowledge in injury awareness and recovery to support safe, effective progress.
What I do
I support people of all ages and experience levels to achieve their personal fitness goals – whether that’s weight loss, building strength, improving general fitness, or returning to exercise after injury. I provide personalised training programmes tailored to your needs, alongside nutritional guidance and ongoing support. With a background in physiotherapy and sports therapy, I also aim to educate clients on safe movement, recovery, and injury prevention. My goal is to help you build confidence in the gym and create lasting, healthy habits that fit your lifestyle.
