Who am I

Hi, I’m Paul. I am a Personal Trainer that loves helping clients in the gym achieve their fitness goals and get fitter, stronger and live their life, doing the things they love, as their best self. I also love to help people overcome their gym anxiety and see the gym as the welcoming, inclusive environment it is.

 In my spare time I lift weights, play 5-a-side football and go for walks and runs, but I also drink and eat great food. I will show you that these things are compatible with being fit, healthy and living a balanced lifestyle.

 

What I do

I aim to help my clients get stronger, fitter and in the best shape they can. I like to focus on strength training in order to have you looking and feeling the best you possible without compromising, or giving up, any of the things you love.

 I will tailor your programme to your goals, needs and preferences with a view to making your sessions as enjoyable and beneficial to you as possible.
