Who am I?
I am passionate about fitness & sports - constantly looking to expand my learning capacity by reading about aspects of fitness, various methods of training & sports nutrition. With a vast interest in sports, I love to spectate & participate within a range of activities – whether its common sporting contests or more alternative activities such as learning to surf, mountain biking or hill climbing.
On the other hand, I also enjoy going out to socialize, consume alcohol & eat great food. For me it is vital to maintain a healthy balance between looking after myself & having an enjoyable social life – which is a principle I look to instil into my clients.
