What I do

  • I help – I’ll tell you what to do. I’ll show you how to do it and I’ll make sure that you achieve your goals.
  • I motivate – I’ll praise you if you work well but I’ll tell you if I feel that you can do better.
  • I advise – Training is not everything. Nutrition, lifestyle and peace of mind are just as important. I’ll help you tie it all together.
  • I lead by example – I train too. I know the effort it takes, and I can lead you through it.
  • I teach – I share my knowledge and years of experience gained in the gym, court, pitch, track, swimming pool and skiing slope.
  • I learn – I believe that the day you stop learning is the day your mind starts dying.
