Who am I?

I’m Layla, a fully qualified personal trainer. My approach to health and fitness is one guided by care, compassion and fun!

After undertaking my own fitness journey and then achieving life-changing habits with a personal trainer, I chose to dedicate myself to supporting people to develop their health, fitness and nutrition goals.

 I’m experienced in strength and conditioning, flexibility and mobility, and running fitness. My passion is to holistically help you become healthier, fitter and truly enjoy all the benefits and balance this will bring to your life.

For me, it’s very fulfilling to provide fitness for all bodies, at any stage in our lives and I’m happy to be bringing my skills and experience to Glasgow Club.    

What I do

I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and experiences. Together, we’ll set goals and habits which are lifelong, no matter when (or why) you start your health and fitness journey. Getting to know you is a key part of making that journey truly personal and effective.

When we work together, we’ll focus on your physical goals—but we’ll also move through the highs, lows, and everything in between that comes with choosing a healthier, stronger and happier lifestyle.
