Who am I?

I’m Kirsteen, a personal trainer & boxing coach who wants to help people meet their fitness & nutrition goals.  I became more passionate about fitness & nutrition when I saw my own results & the benefits it had both physically & mentally. I started boxing for fitness over 5 years ago & this progressed into coaching amateur & recreational boxers. 

What I do

I like to work with people starting on their fitness journey or restarting after injury or illness, as I have experienced these situations myself.  I also enjoy helping people progress their fitness journey if they have already started but feel they need some extra help & direction in their training plan.  I like to inspire & motivate people with their individual fitness journeys to lead a happier & healthier lifestyle.
