Who am I

I'm Gintare, a former professional dancer with a deep passion for sports, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals. From a young age, I immersed myself in athletics, gymnastics, and dance, dedicating 10 years to a successful dance career. After the pandemic shifted my path, I found a new passion in gym training and, in just over a year, lost 43.2lbs (19.65kg), completely transforming my body and confidence. I’ve since mastered fat loss, muscle building, and pushed my limits by competing in Hyrox events (solo and double), as well as running a half marathon. Now, I’m thriving in the fitness community, living a balanced and healthy lifestyle, and ready to help YOU unlock your potential and achieve life-changing results.

I’m a fitness coach dedicated to empowering both women and men of all body types to achieve their fitness goals and build lasting confidence. I specialize in transforming bodies, improving health, and guiding individuals through weight loss, muscle building, and performance training.
