Who Am I

Hi I'm Gaby is- your unconventional personal trainer.

I am interested in helping people lead meaningful and wholesome lives, where physical health and mental health are equally important.

Instead of pushing you to look skinnier, bulkier or fitter - I will encourage you to be fitter, healthier and happier. Together, we will discover your abilities and transform them into health & fitness achievements. We will work closely to keep you motivated, determined and most of all satisfied.

What I Do

I am here to make your life easier. To show you how to enjoy exercises and keep on progressing. To enhance your confidence, self-esteem and well-being. To boost your energy levels, your strength and flexibility (and many many more).

I have 7 years of experience teaching group exercises & working with individual clients. I am a dedicated person, who steers away from judgmental opinions & focuses on positives.

Thanks to my absolute love towards learning new things, despite suspending my education for now, I continue to enjoy indulging in sports & medical literature. What it means to you - be sure that the exercises I will prescribe to you will be based on the current research.
