Who am I?

Hi, I'm Craig. I'm a Personal Trainer & Strength Coach with over 5 years of experience helping people achieve their goals. I specialise in strength & conditioning training for runners and regularly take part in running events myself, everything from the local 5k parkrun to a 50k trail race.

What I do

I provide personalised 1:1 strength & conditioning sessions for runners of all abilities, helping them stay injury free & hit new personal bests.

These sessions are targeted at those who are:

  • first timers in the gym or coming back after a break / injury
  • someone who has got specific goals they want to achieve
  • runners who need accountability with their strength training
