Who am I?

Hey, I'm Conor, I have worked my way up to earning my Bachelors degree in Physical Activity & Health which has given me extensive knowledge in anatomy, nutrition and biomechanics.  I have been working in the fitness industry for 3 years and have been personal training for 2 years.  I have worked in two other gyms across those 3 years gaining valuable knowledge and experience.  Throughout my time training I have helped many individuals reach their personal goals to improve their mental health as well as physical health and confidence within themselves.  As a person I have a vast background, competing in Taekwondo and earning my black belt as well as playing football for many years

What I do

As a personal trainer, my hope is to help each client achieve their personal goals, health & mental wellbeing.  I also aim to improve each clients anxiety surrounding the gym environment.  Ill be there for 1:1 support, supporting each clients through their goals, providing a structured training programme & with consistent advice on nutrition.  I will meet with each potential client & have a friendly chat so we can discuss your likes, dislikes, goals and create your tailored fitness & nutritional programme.  Whether you are a completed beginner or just looking to explore new areas, ill be here to support you throughout.  I'm here to help you balance having a health body and a healthy mind.
