Who am I?
Hi I'm Billy, my background is in sports, mainly football but also Thai boxing & badminton. I find that what brings progress & improvement is 25% in training & 75% in what's done in between. I am here to support & guide you during & after your training sessions to help you to achieve your desired goals
What I do
I have extensive expertise in successfully helping people lose fat & get fit but what I mostly do is strength & conditioning – improving strength, confidence, performance health & mobility, things that go beyond what you see In a mirror that bring long term benefits & make a daily difference .
