Who Am I

Hi, My name is Alex.

My sporting background began with judo, I competed at both domestic & international level & I had the honour of representing Great Britain.  Being involved with judo from a young age I have experience coaching from basic to advanced levels & that’s why I wanted to transfer my experience into Personal Training.  Wether you're a seasoned veteran, new to the gym or just getting back into fitness I will design you a tailored program that’s specific to your goals

What I Do

  • Personal Training – coaching clients of all fitness levels where training is individually client focused to achieve their goals that are sustainable long term.
  • Disability Coaching – Specialised programmes tailored for physical/learning disabilities, loss of limb(s), spinal injury and neurodivergent clientele.
  • GP Exercise Referral – Rehab and holistic styled focused training covering long term and chronic medical conditions.
  • Senior Coaching - friendly, supportive tailored based programming for adults aged 60+ and those with health conditions or physical limitations.
