Self Service Access Gates
Following our recent system upgrade, we’re experiencing temporary issues with our access gates. We know this is frustrating, and we’re sorry for the impact this is having at busier times of the day.
Our systems provider, access gate supplier, and IT partners are all actively working together to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, our venue team is doing their very best to help everyone access the facilities as smoothly as possible. Your understanding and patience make a real difference during these busy moments, and we appreciate everyone showing the team kindness and respect while they manage a situation that’s out of their control.
We’ll keep you updated and let you know as soon as everything is back to normal.
