It's time for the January launches of the latest Les Mills fitness class routines. This time round we are celebrating with a New Year party theme, so bright sparkly colours all round! We'll also be encouraging everyone to make their New Year fitness resolutions on the day to give you a goal in 2025!

If you haven’t tried any of the Les Mills classes before, this is the best time to give them a go. With new music and choreography, you'll be learning alongside everyone else.
