IMPORTANT UPDATE - Temporary System Downtime

We’re carrying out an essential system upgrade from Monday 6 October, 8pm until Thursday 9 October, 12pm.
During this time our booking systems will be temporarily unavailable online, in the App, and at our venues.
New slots for booking are normally released at 9pm each night. This will be brought forward to 6pm on Monday the 6th of October to allow you to make bookings before the system closes at 8pm.
What this means for you
- You won’t be able to make or cancel bookings online or through the App at this time
- Venue teams will be using manual records to check attendance and support you with new bookings.
- You can still book and pay for your activity at the venue. This may take a little longer than usual as it needs to be processed manually.
How you can prepare
- Book or cancel in advance: Please log in before 8pm on Monday to book any sessions you plan to attend, or to cancel ones you can’t make.
- Book responsibly: Only book sessions you know you’ll attend, as online cancellations won’t be possible while the system is down.

At the venue
- Arrive a little earlier: Access gates won’t be in use, so please visit reception and our team will check you in manually.
- Please be patient: Our teams will be working hard to keep everything running smoothly, but things may take slightly longer than usual.
Getting Help While Systems Are Offline
While our systems are offline, our Customer Experience Team may need longer than usual to handle certain enquiries, they'll also be unable to process any bookings . We’ll respond as quickly as we can and appreciate, you’re understanding.
