Fitness Journey Step 3 - Catch Up
Instead of offering a "gym induction", all Glasgow Club membership plans include our Fitness Journey - a series of free one-to-one appointments. Members can book all four stages then keep re-booking step 4 (program review) appointments monthly. This is step 3. A “catch up” session offering a chance to see how things are going for you, improve your workout and make sure you are enjoying your programme.
