I'm passionate about helping people be active, healthy, and happy. I strive to give each of my clients the support and extra boost of energy they need to reach their goals. Whether you're looking to become more active, feel good about your form & shape, or get stronger, I'll be delighted to help, no matter your current level or stage in your fitness journey. If you're a sports enthusiast or athlete, I can also help: as a former gymnast and now keen triathlete, I have the experience and also the skills to support you in increasing your performance and avoiding injuries. Sports performance: Enabling sports enthusiasts & athletes to build a strong core and correct muscle imbalance, thereby increasing their performance and reducing their risk of injuries

Running, cycling and triathlon: Developing and delivering training programmes for runners, cyclists, and triathletes to get started, progress, and prepare for events & races.

Menopause: Supporting women going through pre- or post-menopause with adequate fitness training and nutrition advice
