Who am I?

Hi, I’m Alex, I have been a part of fitness all my life from playing rugby when I was younger to doing muay Thai & MMA in my teens & now being a competitive power lifter.  Fitness is something that has made me a more confident & happier person & my goal is to get others to feel the same

What I do

I specialise in strength, power lifting, body building & weight loss training. I always make my sessions fun & interesting as much as possible making sure my clients are always learning & progressing through each session
