Les Mills January Launches

Kick-start your New Year with the launch of the latest Les Mills fitness classes at Glasgow Club.

If you haven’t tried any of the Les Mills classes before, this is the best time to give them a go. With new music and choreography, you'll be learning alongside everyone else.

As always, we'll have a clothing colour theme to add to the party atmosphere. This time round colours will be black, white or silver.

Introducing Les Mills Dance

We’re also delighted to announce the introduction of a brand-new class to Glasgow Club……..Les Mills Dance.

This high-energy workout will reinvent the way you move and sweat! 45-minutes, 10 stand-alone tracks, inspired by global dance genres and designed by dancers.

It's simple to master and a great option for those who want to improve their dance skills while getting fit — or for anyone who loves to dance. The video below will give you an idea of what to expect. 

Our special launch night takes place at Kelvin Hall on Friday 12 January.
