What is Workout Without Water?
It's a fun workout adapted to suit regular Aquafit class-goers but on "dry-land" (while there's maintenance work on the pool). We still recommend you bring a bottle of water 😉
It is suitable for all abilities and just like Aqua Fit, it won't put pressure on your joints but still elevates your heart rate so you can enjoy the benefits of exercise.
