Who am I?
I am a competitive bodybuilder with 30 years’ experience of training, coaching, teaching & mentoring, & also a huge amount of life experience! With a background in teaching & lecturing & a PhD in Education & Social Sciences, I am fully certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach who is passionate about supporting clients to achieve their goals by working alongside them & providing bespoke training & nutrition plans. As a PT, I specialise in the use of the Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model, a versatile, client- centred training model with stabilization endurance, strength, hypertrophy & power phases.
What I do
I have experience in supporting clients with bodybuilding & strength-based training programmes, & I am also a certified Boxercise Coach, & I run outdoor & indoor Bootcamps & Circuits classes 3 times a week in different locations in Glasgow. In addition to my work as a PT, I am also a fully certified Life Coach & Mindfulness Meditation & Breathing Coach, a Professional Hypnotherapist & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner. My holistic & multi-tooled approach means that I specialise in supporting clients to transform their bodies & minds – working with their physical & mental health together.
