Who am I?

I have been teaching fitness classes since 2018 & teach a variety of classes for Glasgow Club. Fitness is a strong passion for me & has been for many years. I thrive off the group fitness environment & love the positive energy it brings. I also love to lift weights in the gym. I am all about the positive energy & it fills my heart being able to do a job every day that I love. It lights up my soul being able to help another. No matter what goal you have in mind I’m all about getting your body moving in a positive way & achieving results.

What I do

  • General fitness goals - achieving a better understanding of nutrition & training & achieving a more positive mindset
  • Weight training 
  • Pilates 1-1 - injury issues, posture & injury prevention 
  • Group fitness - Body Pump, Body Balance, Les Mills Core, Pilates, exercise to music-based classes
